Day 1 : Welcome to Romania. Arrival to Sibiu International Airport. Transfer to hotel / pension in Sibiu. Traditional dinner in a Romanian restaurant.
Day 2 : The Cindrel mountains and Sibiu Surrondings on MTB. Route: Sibiu – Cisnadioara – Magura Peak (1304m) – Rosengarten refuge – Dealul Scheiului – Rasinari. Length: approximately 6 hours Distance : 35 km. Difficulty: medium. Difference of level: + / - 890 m. Accommodation and dinner in a local pension in Rasinari.
Day 3 : The Cindrel mountains and Sibiu Surrondings on MTB. Route: Rasinari village – Caselor Valley – Sibisel Valley – Apa Cumpanita Saddle (1303m) –Tomnatec Glade – Paltinis Resort (1450 m) –Oncesti Glade (1630m) –Tomnatec Glade – Fundu Raului area. Length: approximately 7 hours Distance: around 40 km. Difficulty: medium +. Difference of level: + /- 1200 m. Dinner and accommodation in a local pension in Rau Sadului village.
Day 4 : Riding the MTB in the Cindrel Mountains Route: Rau Sadului village–Negovanu Lake( Gatu Berbecului) – Rozdesti Hut – Muncelu Saddle (1657 m) – Batrana Saddle – Rozdesti Peak(1954 m) – Canaia Hut. Length: approximately 6 hours Distance: around 50 km. Difficulty: medium. Difference of level: +/- 1490 m. Dinner and accommodation to Canaia Hut in the Cindrel mountains.
Day 5: Mtb-ing in the Cindrel and the Lotru mountains. Route: Canaia Hut – Cindrel Peak (2244 m) – Steflesti Saddle – Frumoasa Valley – Piatra Alba Peak (2178 m) – Goata Mare Peak(1847 m) – Vidra Lake – Lotru Valley – Voineasa city. Length: approximately 7 hours Distance: around 60 km. Difficulty: medium +. Difference of level: + / - 1600 m. Dinner and accommodation in a pension in Voineasa City. Day 6: Trough the Lotru Mountains towards Sibiu Surroundings. Route: Voineasa city – Voinesita Valley – Jidoaia Lake – Buceciul Saddle(1650 m) –Dudurugu Peak (1784 m) – Prejba Peak (1744 m) – Sadu village. Length: approximately 7 hours Distance: around 40 km. Difficulty: medium +. Difference of level: + / - 1130 m. Auto-Transfer to Sibiu: 25 km. Traditional dinner in a Romanian restaurant. Accomodation in Hotel / Pension in Sibiu. End of MTB Tour.
Day 7 : Good bye Romania Visit in Sibiu City - Cultural tour in the historical center of Sibiu. Shopping. Transfer to Sibiu International Airport.
